David’s Gourmet Plan
$19 per person
Appetizer, salad, & unlimited pizza - Choose 1 appetizer, a classic, specialty, or gourmet salad, & up to 3 pizzas, 1 classic or specialty pizzas, & 2 gourmet pies, dessert available upon request
